STAFF RECRUITMENT APPLICATION FORM

 
Please read the following instructions carefully before registering yourself
 
  1. The application can be best viewed in recent version browsers of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Candidates who had applied either for the post of Technical Assistant, Technician, Lab. Assistant or Multi-tasking Staff against Advt. No. NITMGH/ES/REC/N-F/Vol.II/2824 dated 30.11.2018 are requested to read the following points very carefully
    1. For the benefit of those candidates who applied earlier and still fulfill the revised educational and other qualifications as per the current advertisement, they need not apply again.
    2. They may send by post/ courier an updated bio-data/ Curriculum Vitae, if they feel necessary, within the last date of receipt of the printed hard copy of the Online Application form of the current advertisement, i.e. 20.04.2020, and clearly highlight the additional information like added educational qualification, experience, increased pay scale/ pay, etc.
    3. They may also highlight either their Application ID or payment reference number (SBCollect Reference Number), if they have retained a record of the same.
    4. Their age shall be considered as on 25.01.2019
    5. However, there shall be no bar for all these candidates to re-apply fresh and paying the requisite fee.
    6. Applications of those candidates who had applied earlier but do not fulfil the revised educational and other qualifications as per the current advertisement shall not be taken into consideration and will be rejected.

CANDIDATES WHO HAD APPLIED EARLIER AND DO NOT WISH TO RE-APPLY MAY CLOSE THE PAGE.

CANDIDATES WHO HAD NOT APPLIED EARLIER (FRESH CANDIDATES) MAY PROCEED WITH READING THE INSTRUCTIONS.

  1. Applicant must pay a non-refundable application fee according to the post applied and their category through online mode only. Candidates are advised to read details given in the " Check Payment Process" link carefully before making the payment.
  2. Candidates must have a valid email address.
  3. Scan a recent color passport size photograph and signature. Scanned images must be in .jpg/.jpeg format only and the size of each document must not exceed 100 KB. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO UPLOAD ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS OTHER THAN THE PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH AND SIGNATURE.
  4. Fill the Online Registration Form.
  5. Before submitting the form, you will have to pay the application fee. The unique payment reference number generated after successful payment (SBCollect Reference Number) has to be entered in the application form
  6. Applicant has to fill all mandatory fields marked by (*).

  8. Applicants willing to apply for more than one post / Department must register a separate application form for each of the posts with unique payment reference number (SBCollect Reference Number).
